Important Information for Authors

The camera-ready version of all accepted papers must be submitted as Portable Document Format (PDF) files of up to 5 pages by July 1st. Please, fill in the corresponding IEEE copyright form.
One page overlength is allowed under the payment of an extra page fee of 100 USD.

One FULL registration is required to submit the camera-ready version. Each full registration can cover up 3 papers.
Authors can proceed with the final camera ready upload through EDAS only after the full registration (clicking on the paper title in "EDAS" -> "My papers").
Students willing to participate to the ICUWB2011 Best Student Paper Prize will have to send a notification e-mail to the Best Paper Award Committee Chair, Prof. Alain Sibille (, containing the title, authors, and the EDAS reference number of the manuscript immediately after submitting the camera-ready version of the manuscript (in any case no later than July 15). The candidates will be required to provide their full-time student identification card on arrival, at the registration desk.
For final manuscripts submission:
1) no page numbers and no headers/footers
2) a non-zero PDF top and bottom margins (typically, at least 0.5 inches) to help indicate if there are any page numbers.
